The room was quite spacious with a lovely bay window (i did enjoy the view). the location was perfect for walking to the esplanade. i found the breakfast really good. It was freshly cooked to order, so i didn't have to rush. the staff was very friendly. They provided a cute atmosphere.
I was not told housekeeping would enter the room . A do not disturb sign would have been helpful.

The staff were helpful and approachable. Anya and claire were particularly lovely. they provided quick assistance. their warmth added a special touch that enhanced the entire experience.

charmed stay

The location worked great for me. Parking was exactly as described (right outside the building). my room had a great size bed, so it was comfortable, this. i had breakfast every morning at a sister hotel a few doors up, which worked out well.
i found that the hotel advertised a view, but i couldn't see out of the high window. being on the top floor was hard because of my leg (this was not stipulated in the description).

the double room i booked was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches. it included little extras like chocolates and biscuits (a very welcome surprise). the peaceful atmosphere added to the overall calm .

breakfast took place at a nearby hotel also run by the same owners, and it was a great experience. the spread was fresh, with cakes and pastries from a local bakery. anya provided helpful and friendly service (especially regarding local recommendations).

The hotel owns a café a stone's throw away, which has good home-cooked food at reasonable prices. location was great. It was only a short walk to amenities in a quiet street. this made exploring very easy.
